Howard Givner's Super Planner iPhone App has received some pretty positive reviews since it was approved by Apple on August 3.
1 - 8 can't-live-without tools for event social media management
Adrian Segar certainly has the geek credentials for being an unconference faciliator. He started out as an elementary particle physicist and moved on to facilitating peer to peer style conferences 20 years ago. In fact, he wrote a book on the subject called Conferences That Work. This year he will lend his unconference expertise to Event Camp Twin Cities, ECTC, Sept. 8 & 9 and Event Camp East Coast Nov. 12 & 13.

Twitter quietly rolled out a new feature last week called "Who to Follow" which, so far, I am loving! It suggests people you might like to follow based on several factors including who you follow already and who they follow.
There's a lot of buzz going on right now about Event Camp Twin Cities, ECTC, a new event that promises innovation, experimentation & collaboration for events industry professionals.

Event planner Cheryl Lawson, of Party Aficionado, is an avid social media user but her dog Precious has her beat in terms of Twitter popularity. Precious' adventures and connections are leading Cheryl into new venture's herself - one of them being Barkworld Expo, produced by fellow #eventprofs member Denise Quashie.
